One of the UK’s oldest motorhome and caravan manufacturers wanted to reinvigorate its brand. Working with their agency Saint Nicks, we helped develop a core idea that would reposition Bailey and drive sales. Our concept worked at brand and dealership level — from prospect through to conversion and retention.

We landed on the positioning line ‘The nation’s favourite'. And from there developed the launch campaign ‘Go Bailey’, which focused on what their products enabled on an emotional level. As we moved down the sales funnel, we could further substantiate the positioning of ‘The nation’s favourite’ with key product information.

This was a proper, integrated, end-to-end idea that doubled Bailey’s sales.
