An overhaul of Aptamil’s Mother and Baby CRM programme creating a more stylised premium feel. One more in tune with mums who were keenly interested in the science and nutrition of their baby’s development.

But we didn’t want it to feel too clinical. 

Ultimately this was about a mother’s love for their child. So the imagery always anchored in this emotional space.


The website, CRM, social and content strategies were overhauled.

The work dramatically increased traffic to the website and the ‘Preparing For Birth app’ was one of the most downloaded apps on launch.
