This integrated legacy campaign focused on Lord Brian Rix’s fearless work for Mencap. This was a man who was determined to change the future for people with a learning disability would be.
With his passing we asked people to help realise his vision.
It eschewed traditional approaches to legacy marketing and ran across digital, social, press, DM and OOH. The campaign became Mencap’s most successful legacy campaign ever. The legacy page on the website was second only to the homepage for visits.
We also developed a clearer identity for Mencap’s Wills and Trust Service.
This included additional social content, brochureware and posters, all built around the characters in this film.
